SHOCKING ATTITUDE OF ULMAA DURING CORONA VIRUS

Though matter clearly defined in the Quran and Sunnah, even then Ulmaa and Mufteyan in this context are expressing the worst behavior.

While explaining the social problems, when God ordered clearly about”prayer of fear” that pay attention/protect praying especially mid-day prayer. If you are surrounded by fear then pray even if you are walking or riding. Now you feel that atmosphere around me had become peaceful then pray God(as you were usual in practice) as you have been taught whereas you were unknown about it earlier(Al Baqrah..238-239) Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) narrated that when you hear the voice /message for prayer, then offering prayer is not accepted and participation collectively for prayers becomes essential but in case of the fear condition, or in disease, offering individual prayer is valid/correct (Sunan Abu Dawood).

If this message of Quran and Sunnah would have been Public/widely circulated then apart from religious class, common educated persons in excess would be able to obtain guidance/benefitted from Quran and Sunnah. Ulama had inserted this thought in the brain of their followers(who possesses low I.Q) that”to avoid Regular and Jumma prayers are not correct.” We make efforts to find out the fatwa of old tenure Fuqhaa of Al-Azhar University but not a single evidence was traceable except about minimizing the prayers”.

They then changed their fatwa rapidly in such a way when someone changes his (tooth bridges of the mouth) before kids possessing low IQ and put them in surprise.

The donkey has nothing to do except dhenchoo dhenchoo? he has to content on this much.

When news listened regarding the existence of coronavirus in China, our Media started a debate that whether the government has to bring back the Pakistani students from China or otherwise? Than here Media persons quoted the hadith of the epidemic that arrival and depart from that particular area of China is also against Islamic Law. When it was aware that the virus has been spread in Pakistan, then the ban was imposed in Mecca and Madina with reference to offering 5 times prayer in mosque including Tawaaf and this news was public accordingly. Then after a Fatwa was issued/declared from Shaikh-ul-Islam Mufti Taqi Usmani and Mufti Azam, Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman regarding offering 5 times prayer in the masjid which includes Jumma prayer as well. Whereas, political leaders spread rumors that their exists conspiracy against Ulmaa and Stubborn Tablighi Jamaat.

Then, Mufti Taqi Usmani in his audio message conveyed (as in fact he was unable to appear before the public through a video recording)that "in existing circumstances/situation when the government had already banned public in respect of offering Jumma prayer in mosques so we have obtained evidence from books of Fuqhaa that in case a person misses offering Jumma prayer at mosque then he is not permitted to offer Jumma prayer at home for the purpose that parallel to Jumma prayer, the public would start offering prayer, collectively and also in separate shape/form and secondly, the prayers would be considered as repeated one، so persons shall offer prayers in a collective manner at homes with the plea/reason that in the present situation both the condition does not exist i.e. neither Comparision of Juma prayers nor dispute of collective prayer whereas prayer is not allowed to be offered at homes though few persons are in practice to offer Jumma prayer at homes, it is O.K.This problem is of unitary nature, so if there exists any mistake in explaining, it would be considered from my side and if the entire situation expressed is correct, then it would be kindness of God.

Now why Mufti Taqi Usmani and Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman hesitates to place here the reference of Quran and Hadith? why they flick their unit on this changed situation? As regards the missing of Jumma prayer is concerned, this does not relate at all, when here Jumma prayer has not been missed then to put here the reference is irrelevant/incorrect.

MAULANA FAZL UR REHMAN AND VIRUS OF RELIGIOUS CLASS

Maulana Fazl ur Rehman had warned the government and state institutions that why the Ulama, Mosques and preaching communities are being discriminated when Ulama and religious sections are cooperating with government and state instructions. The preaching community is a peaceful community, but being violent to it is totally wrong, While there is a rush in markets and elsewhere, nothing is happening there.

Although everything is visible on media giving punishment on the lock-down violation, apart from gents, ladies are also being punished through ladies police and no one has opposed it. However in Layyah a worker of Tablighi jamaat attacked with a knife on SHO and in Karachi due to the irritation of imam of masjid the person offering prayer attacked the police. In the Quran, Allah has declared the meat of pig and dead animal dishes as forbidden, and while going beyond the limits permission is also accorded as per acute requirement/need whereas it is mentioned in Surah Baqarah (verse no:239) "Not only the Mosques and collective prayers are exempted in the state of fear, but it is also stated in open words that you should not bow down and prostrate while walking and riding”. The blindness/ignorance of the Ulama and the scholars is that they have named it Islam by adding their compensation to the worst interest-rate And the Shaikh ul Islam mufti Taqi Usmani made it clear in the media for the outbreak that "they studied FUAQAHA’A but he could not get fatwa regarding not offering prayer in the Masjid.” when pressure was developed then fatwa was issued from Dar ul Uloom regarding offering prayer at their homes/residences. Nobody is empowered to cancel the orders of Quran o Sunnat. The Tablighi Jamaat is giving more importance to its method than the Qur’an o Sunnah and the opinions/views of the Muftian, Fuqaha’a and Ulama’a. Religious classes made religion a business/profession.
