خلافت پاکستان سے شروع ہوگی دنیا کیلئے، امریکن پروفیسر آلان کیسلر

السلام علیکم ! میرا نام ہے آلان کیسلر۔ میں امریکہ میں بیٹھ کرہمیشہ پاکستان کے بارے میں سوچتا رہتا ہوں۔ اور ہم آج خلافت راشدہ کے بارے میں بات کریں گے۔ انشاء اللہ۔ ایک دعا کریں گے حضرت محمد ۖ کو یاد کرتے ہوئے ۔ اللھم صل علیٰ محمد و علیٰ آل محمد ۔(درودِ ابراہیمی) ۔سب دعا کریں کہ پاکستان میں خلافت راشدہ قائم ہوجائے۔ کچھ لوگ کہہ رہے تھے آمین بہت اچھا۔ اور کچھ لوگ کہہ رہے تھے یہ ناممکن ہے فاطمہ علی کے کمنٹس تھے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ بنائیں گے خلیفہ۔ یہ بات مجھے بہت ہی اچھی لگی کہ یہ حقیقت ہے۔ کوئی سیاستدان نہیں بناسکتا ہے فوج بھی نہیں بناسکتی ہے صرف اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ خلیفہ راشد کو بناسکتا ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ کا سسٹم ہوگا یہ فاطمہ علی آگے بتارہی ہے شیر اور بکری ایک جگہ پانی پی سکیں گے۔ یہ بھی مجھے بہت ہی اچھا لگااور وہ آگے بتارہی تھی کہ لوگوں کی ضرورت نہیں کوئی ڈر نہیں ہونا چاہیے یہ صرف اللہ تعالیٰ کرسکیں گے اور وہ کرے گا انشاء اللہ۔ وہ ایسا کرے گا جو ہمارے لئے سمجھنا تھوڑا سا مشکل ہے لیکن وہ سب کچھ کرسکتا ہے آسانی سے کرسکتا ہے۔ اس کیلئے کوئی چیز مشکل نہیں ہے۔ پاکستان میں خلافت راشدہ قائم کب ہوگی جب ہم سب پاکستانی لوگ خود پاک بن جاتے ہیں۔ جب ہم لوگ صراط مستقیم پر چلتے ہیں تو پھر کوئی سیاستدان نہیں بلکہ ہم سب عوام، جہاں تک میں سمجھتا ہوں خلافت پاکستان سے شروع ہوجائے گی لیکن یہ پوری دنیا کیلئے ہے۔ صرف مسلمانوں کیلئے نہیں بلکہ ہر ایک مذہب کے لوگوں کیلئے ہے۔ کیونکہ خدا ایک ہی ہے۔ آج جو سیاسی سسٹم ہے صرف پاکستان میں نہیں بلکہ پوری دنیا میں ، جو سیاسی پارٹیاں ہوتی ہیں اس سے کبھی امن قائم نہیں ہوسکتا ہے۔ کیونکہ ان سیاسی پارٹیوں میں بہت کرپشن ہے اور کرپشن سے بچنا تقریباً ناممکن ہے۔ کیونکہ جو بڑے شیطانی لوگ ہیں انہوں نے یہ سسٹم بنایا ہے۔ یہ پولیٹیکل سسٹم جو آ ج ہم دیکھتے ہیں دنیا میں نام نہاد ڈیموکریسی عوام چن لیتی ہے کہ کون ہمارا لیڈر ہوگا نہیں یہ جھوٹ ہے۔ عوام نہیں چن لیتی ہے یہ الیکشن سب فکسڈ ہیں اور میں ان کو شیطان کے چمچے کہتا ہوں جو اپنے آپ کو ایلومنارٹی کہتے ہیں یہ سب سیاسی پارٹیوں کو اپنے قبضے میں رکھتے ہیں۔ اور اگر کوئی ان کے قبضے سے نکلنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے وہ انکے خلاف بہت کچھ کرسکتے ہیں۔ ان کے پاس بے حد پیسہ ہے وہ کچھ بھی کرسکتے ہیں کسی بھی پارٹی کو ختم کرنے کیلئے۔ رشوت کھلاسکتے ہیں اسی پارٹی کے برے آدمیوں کو ، اسلئے میں یہ کہہ رہا ہے ہوں کہ آج جو دنیا میں یہ سیاسی سسٹم ہے اس سے خلافت راشدہ کبھی قائم نہیں ہوسکتی۔ ایک نئے سسٹم کی ضرورت ہے۔ اور اللہ سبحانہ و تعالیٰ وہ کرے گا کوئی سیاسی پارٹی نہیں۔ اسلئے پاکستان کو مدینہ ثانی کہا گیا ہے۔ مدینے میں حضرت محمد ۖ نے خلافت کو قائم کیا تھا اور یہودی بھی تھے وہاں اور یہودیوں کو اپنے مذہب پر رہنے کی اجازت دی گئی وہاں ان کو مسلمان نہیں بنایا گیا تھا۔ ہاں جو بننا چاہتے تھے مگر جو نہیں بننا چاہتے تھے تو وہ اپنے مذہب میں رہے۔ یہی قائد اعظم کا بھی کہنا تھا جو کرسچن ہیں جو ہندو ہیں پاکستان میں وہ اپنے مذہب میں رہ سکتے ہیں۔ یہ نہیں کہ ان کو مسلمان بننا پڑے گا۔ خلیفہ کا یہ مطلب نہیں ہے کہ میں سب کو مسلمان بناؤں گا۔ تو یہ وہی بات ہے جو میں بار بار بتارہا ہوں کہ مجھے یہ بتایا گیا تھا 1983ء میں پاکستان دا مطلب ہے او پاکستان جتھے حضور پاک اوڈے پاک مصاحف دے نال اسلام پاک پر قائم کریں گے۔ تو یہ خلافت راشدہ کا بھی جواب ہے۔ بیشک بہت سارے یزید ہیں یا دجال ہیں جو پوری دنیا کو اپنے قبضے میں کرنے کی کوشش کرنا چاہتے ہیں اور کررہے ہیں اور جو خود خلیفہ بننا چاہتے ہیں لیکن وہ نہیں بن سکے گا۔ دجال کا یہی پروگرام ہے لیکن وہ فیل ہوجائے گا انشاء اللہ۔ اگر الیکشن ہوتے ہیں تو سب سے پہلی بات یہ ہے کہ الیکشن ووٹر لسٹ میں بہت دھوکہ دیا جاتا ہے۔ اور الیکشن میں بھی دھوکہ ہوتا ہے۔ الیکشن کام نہیں دے گا۔ الیکشن میں اتنے پیسے بھی خرچ کرتے ہیں پتہ نہیں کیا کیا کرتے ہیں دھوکہ دیتے ہیں لوگوں کو دھمکی دیتے ہیں لیکن اصلی جو خلیفہ ہوتا ہے وہ یہ چاہتا بھی نہیں کہ وہ خلیفہ بن جائے وہ کوشش کرتا ہے کہ اس کو یہ نہ کرنا پڑے لیکن جب اللہ تعالیٰ حکم دیتا ہے تو اس کو کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ یہی ہے خلافت کا راز۔ الیکشن نہیں چناؤ نہیں لیکن جو بنے گا وہ بننا بھی نہیں چاہتا ہے۔ یہ جو نام نہا د خلافت ہوتی ہے ISIS وغیرہ دہشت گردوں کی یہ بالکل خلافت کے برعکس ہے۔ یہ دجال کی نام نہاد خلافت ہے فتنہ ہے ۔ یہ ایک لڑائی ہے ابلیس کی۔ سب سے بڑا ہتھیار ہمارے دل میں ہے کہ فیصلہ کرنا ہے کہ جو کچھ اللہ چاہتا ہے وہی کروں گا۔ جو شیطان یا ابلیس غلط راستے پر لگانا چاہتا ہے ۔ ہم بس دعا کرتے ہیں کہ اھد نا الصراط المستقیم صراط الذین انعمت علیھم غیر المغصوب علیھم ولا الضالین۔ تو جب ہم یہ حقیقت میں چاہتے ہیں تو اللہ ہماری مدد کرے گا کہ ابلیس سے ہمیں ایسے لڑنا ہے اور پھر سب کچھ ہوجائے گا۔ فکر نہیں کریں۔

خلع و طلاق کا درست تصور اجاگر ہوتا تو اجتماعی شعور نہ مرتا۔ سید عتیق الرحمن گیلانی

خلع کا حکم سورة النساء آیت 19میں واضح طور پر دیکھا اور سمجھا جاسکتا ہے۔ کند ذہن علماء نے اپنے نصاب میں آیت 229البقرہ سے خلع مراد لیا
فقہاء نے عورت کے حقوق کو نظر انداز کرکے قرآنی آیات کو تضادات کا آئینہ بنادیا۔ اس مرتبہ کے اخبار میں ادارئیے کے علاوہ زبردست علمی مواد ہے۔

عورت کو ترقی یافتہ ممالک نے مرد کے مساوی حقوق دئیے ہیں لیکن وہ عورت کے ساتھ بہت بڑا ظلم ہے۔ جبکہ اسلام نے عورت کو مردوں سے کئی لحاظ سے بہت زیادہ حقوق دئیے ہیں۔ حق مہر اور خرچے کی ذمہ داری اسلام نے شوہر پر ڈالی ہے خلع اور طلاق کے جن مسائل کے بہت واضح اور ٹھوس حل قرآن وسنت میں نکالے گئے تھے،افسوس ہے کہ علماء نے عورت پر مظالم اور مسائل کے انبار ہی لگادئیے ہیں۔ قرآن وسنت بہت واضح ہیں مگر فقہاء نے بہت الجھاؤ اور مکڑی کے جالے بنالئے ہیں۔
عورت بڑی امیر کبیر ہو یا غریب غرباء ، اس پر بہتان کی سزا 80کوڑے ہیں۔ اگر جج کو یقین ہو کہ سچ بول رہی ہے تو جنسی طور پر ہراساں کرنے، زنابالجبر میں رسولۖ نے اکیلی عورت کی گواہی کو معتبر قرار دیا ۔ کئی بک اسٹالوں پر موت کا منظر نامی کتاب ملتی ہے جس میں زنابالجبر کی سزا سنگساری ہے۔ اسلام نے عورت کو وہ تحفظ دیاہے جس کا حق ہر ماں، بہن، بیٹی اور بیوی کو ہونا چاہیے۔ مغرب کو حقیقی اسلام کا پتہ چل جائے تو عورت کو وہی حقوق کا قانون بنانے میں دیر نہیں لگائے گا۔

عورت کے مظالم پر سب لوگوں کا Collective Consciousnessاجتماعی شعور کیوں چپ ہوتا ہے؟ ہدیٰ بھرگڑی

پاکستان وہ واحد ریاست ہے جس میں اسی سال مارچ کے اندر عورت آزادی مارچ میںدن دیہاڑے عورتوں پر پتھر برسائے گئے۔ کیونکہ انہوںنے اپنا سیاسی حق استعمال کیا۔ اور آج ہمیں یہ بھی سننے کو ملا ہے کہ جامشورو سندھ کے اندر ایک خاتون ہیں جن کے اوپر سنگباری کرکے اس کو قتل کردیا گیا۔ جس پر یہ سوال اٹھتا ہے کہ ہم ہر طرح کی سیاسی بحث میں تو ضرور آتے ہیں اور ہم تیار رہتے ہیں کہ ہر مسئلے کے اوپر بات کریں چاہے وہ غربت کا مسئلہ ہو، مذہبی انتہا پسندی کا مسئلہ ہو، رجعت پسندی کا مسئلہ ہو، حکومت کی ناسازگار جو پالیسیاں ہیں اور طریقہ کارہیں ان کا مسئلہ ہو، چاہے وہ فیڈرل بجٹ کی بات ہو یا اس کے علاوہ جو دیگر مسائل ہیںاور اس طرح کی چیزیں ہیں جن کے اوپر ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ اجتماعی شعور ہمارے ملک میں تو اس کے اوپر کچھ نہ کچھ بات کرنا بھی ضروری سمجھی جاتی ہے اور اس بات کو سیاسی انداز میں دیکھنا بھی ضروری سمجھا جاتا ہے ۔ لیکن سوال یہ اٹھتا ہے کہ جب عورت کے اوپر مظالم اٹھتے ہیں اور جب عورت کا استحصال ہوتا ہے اور سب سے بڑی بات یہ ہے کہ جب دن دیہاڑے عورت کو سنگسار کردیا جاتا ہے چاہے وہ ایک مارچ کی صورت میں ہو جو اسلام آباد میں ہوا، یا آج کے دن میں جو جامشورو کے اندر خاتون پر مظالم ہوئے تو سوال ہم پر ہم سب کی نظر میں یہی اٹھتا ہے کہ عورت کے مظالم پر سب لوگوں کا (collective consciousness) اجتماعی شعور کیوں چپ ہوتا ہے؟ سب کے سب کیوں چپ کرکے بیٹھ جاتے ہیں۔ چاہے وہ اس ملک کے کسی بھی صوبے کا (national intellectual elite) قومی دانشور طبقہ ہی کیوں نہ ہو۔ چاہے وہ sexسے تعلق رکھنے والے لوگ ہی کیوں نہ ہوں؟ چاہے وہ بہت ہی زیادہ سیکولرازم کو پروموٹ کرنے والے لوگ ہی کیوں نہ ہوں، سمجھ میں یہ نہیں آتا ہے کہ یہ سب گروپ جو ہیں انکے تمام دانشور ان کی تمام کی تمام دانشوری اس وقت چپ کیوں ہوتی ہے جب عورت کا استحصال سر عام ہوتا ہے اور اس پر آواز کیوں نہیں اٹھائی جاتی۔ اس کے اوپر کسی مہم کا آغاز کرنے کا سوال کیوں نہیں اٹھایا جاتا؟۔ ہم عورتیں اور ہماری تنظیمیں تو یہ کام کرتی آرہی ہیں لیکن ہمیں آج تک ایک ہی مسئلے کا سامنا رہا ہے اور وہ یہ ہے کہ عورتیں ہر قسم کے کلاس ایشو سے لیکر نیشنل ایشو تک ہر طبقے کے انسان کے ساتھ ضرورکھڑی ہوتی ہیں، Feminism Intersectionality پر یقین رکھتی ہیں اور Feministتنظیم اس پر مسئلے پر آگے آگے رہتی ہے۔ لیکن جب عورت کا استحصال ہوتا ہے تو یہ نیشنلسٹ پارٹیز کے رہنما کہاں چلے جاتے ہیں؟۔ سیکولر ازم کو پروموٹ کرنے والے لوگ کہاں چلے جاتے ہیں؟ نیشنلزم، صوبائی خود مختاری اور خود کو پروگریسو سمجھنے والے سب کا اجتماعی شعور عورت کے استحصال پر آخر چپ کیوں ہے؟۔ وہ لوگ اس مسئلے پر اپنی آواز کیوں بلند نہیںکررہے؟کیا Feminist تنظیموں کا یہ حق ہے کہ وہ ہر مسئلے پر ساتھ ساتھ کھڑی رہیں اور اپنی آواز بھی بلند کرتی رہیں چاہے وہ سیکولر ایشو کیوں نہ ہو، چاہے وہ نیشنل آپریشن کیوں نہ ہو، چاہے وہ کلاس آپریش کیوں نہ ہو، لیکن جب یہ جنس کے خلاف آپریشن ہو اور جب پدر شاہی کے خلاف کوئی بات ہو یا عورتیں پدر شاہی کے خلاف آواز بلند کررہی ہوں تو کیوں ہمارے معاشرے کے یہ عناصر چپ کی سادھ لیتے ہیں۔ یہی ابھی سندھ میں ہورہا ہے۔ اگر میں سندھ کی مثال دوں کیونکہ میں خود سندھ سے ہوں تو میں بھی یہ یقین کرنے پر بضد ہوں کہ سندھ کا کوئی بھی مسئلہ ہوتا ہے وہاں کے لوگوں کا اگر کسی قسم کا استحصال ہوتا ہے تو ہم نے دیکھا ہے کہ عورتوں کے حقوق کی تنظیمیں ہمیشہ قوم کے اجتماعی شعور کے ساتھ کھڑی رہی ہیں اور انہوں نے اپنی آواز کو بلند کیا ہے۔ لیکن اگر یہی بات مان لی جائے تو ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ ہم ان دانشوروں کو بھی خاموش پاتے ہیں یہ ہمارے معاشرے کا دوہرا معیار ہے۔ آپ کی جدوجہد اگر آپریشن کے خلاف ہے ، وہ اگر غلامی اور استحصال کے خلاف ہے تو آپ کی وہ جدوجہد اس وقت تک کامیاب نہیں ہوگی جب تک وہ پدر شاہی کی جدوجہد کے خلاف نہیں ہوتی۔ آپ کی وہ جدوجہد تب تک صحیح نہیں سمجھی جائے گی جب تک آپ اپنی آوازیں ، آپ اپنے ذرائع پدر شاہی کے خلاف نہیں اٹھاؤ گے ۔ یہ بہت کڑا وقت ہے اور ہمیں اس بات کو سمجھنا ہوگا کہ اپنے اپنے بریکٹ میں رہ کر اپنی اپنی سیاست لڑنے سے آپ اس نظام کو آپ اس معاشرے کو تبدیل نہیں کرسکتے۔ اس نظام کی تبدیلی تبھی ممکن ہے جب اس ملک میں ہونے والے ہر طبقے اور ہر جنس کے اوپر جو جو پالیسیز، امتیازی سلوک اور عورتوں سے نفرت کا سلوک کیا جاتا ہے جب تک آپ ان کا بھی مقابلہ نہیں کریں گے تب تک کوئی بھی آزاد نہیں ہوگا۔ نسوانی جدوجہد کرنے والا طبقہ اس بات کو کافی حد تک مان چکا ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ عورتوں کے حقوق کی جدوجہد کرنے والی تنظیمیں یہاں اس بات کو مانتی ہیں کہ class struggle بھی ہمارا ایشو ہے، نیشنل آپریشن کے خلاف بھی بات کرنا ہمارا مسئلہ ہے۔
لیکن کیا یہ تمام تنظیمیں ، کیا یہ پاکستان کی تمام Leftist Progressive سیکولر تنظیمیں کیا وہ عورت کے سوال کو سینٹرل کرنے کی کوشش کریں گی؟ کیا وہ عورت کے اوپر ہونے والے استحصال کو بھی اپنی سیاسی جدوجہد کا حصہ مانتے ہیں؟۔ اگر مانتے ہیں تو اس کیلئے ایکشن کہاں ہے؟۔ اگر مانتے ہیں تو اس کیلئے کوئی ایک آرگنائزڈ مہم کیوں ہمارے سامنے نہیں آئی؟۔ ایک طرف تو آپ حقوق نسواں کی جدوجہد کرنے والی خواتین سے یہ امید رکھیں کہ وہ ہر مسئلے کے اوپر آپ کے ساتھ کھڑی ہوں جو کہ کسی کے اوپر احسان نہیں کررہی لیکن جب آپ خواتین کی تنظیموں سے اس طرح کی توقع رکھتے ہیں کہ وہ ہر استحصال کا مقابلہ کریں تو خواتین کی تنظیموں کا بھی یہ نظریہ ہوسکتا ہے کہ ہمارا سوال کیوںنمایاں نہیں ہوتا؟۔ ہمارے حقوق کی پامالی آخر کیوںنمایاں نہیں کی جاتی دوسری تمام جدوجہد کے ساتھ ساتھ؟۔
جب تک عورت کے اوپر ہونے والا استحصال ختم نہیں ہوتا ،جب تک اس کے اوپر سب کی آواز مرد ہوں یا عورتیں ہوں ایک دفعہ نہیں اٹھتی ایک دفعہ جب تک کوئی آرگنائز مہم کا آغاز نہیں کیا جائے گا تب تک اس ملک کے اندر کوئی قوم، کوئی طبقہ اور کوئی فرد آزاد نہیں ہوگا۔

پورے نظام کو بدلنے کیلئے ایک منظم تحریک کی ضرورت ہے۔ ہدیٰ بھرگڑی

ہدیٰ بھرگڑی 10جون : ویڈیو : میں اس موقع پر جبکہ ہم سب آج یہاں پر مزدوروں کی آواز کو لیکر اکھٹے ہوئے ہیں میں اپنی تنظیم کی طرف سے چند باتیں رکھنا چاہوں گی۔ ہم آج تک یہ دیکھتے آرہے ہیں کہ اس حکومت کے جو سربراہ ہیں ان کو جب آنا تھا اور اس الیکشن کی کمپئن لڑنی تھی تب انہوں نے غریب کے جو مسائل تھے غریبوں کا جو دکھ تھا غریبوں کا جو درد تھا اس درد کو سرمایہ بنایا اور سرمایہ کے طور پر اسے استعمال کیا اور اس کے بدلے میں کئی کئی ووٹ بٹورے۔ اور اس کے بعد جب وہ طاقت میں آکر بیٹھ گئے ہیں جب طاقت کا پانسہ پلٹ چکا ہے اور ان کے حق میں ہوچکا ہے تو وہی انسان جو تبدیلی کا پیغام لیکر آیا تھا وہی اس ملک کے ہر فرد اور ہر مظلوم طبقے کے خلاف ا س کے خون کے ساتھ ہولی کھیلنے پر اس تبدیلی کو برقرار رکھ رہا ہے۔ ہم نے یہ دیکھا کہ عمران خان کی حکومت کو تین سال ہونے والے ہیں اور اس پورے عرصے کے اندر ہم نے ایک بھی ایسی پالیسی نہیں دیکھی جو کہ کسی غریب اور مزدور کو فائدہ دے سکے۔ ہم نے دیکھا کہ انہوں نے ڈیلی ویجز جو کہ اسلام آباد اور راولپنڈی کی آبادیوں میں رہتے تھے ان کی آبادیاں انہوں نے اجاڑیں ۔ ہم نے دیکھا کہ انہوں نے مزدوروں کو برطرف کیا۔ ہم نے کرپشن بھی دیکھی ہم نے یہاں پر عورت کا استحصال بھی دیکھا۔ ہم نے یہاں پر مزدور کا استحصال بھی دیکھا۔ ہم نے یہاں پر قوموں کا استحصال بھی دیکھا۔ تو ہمیں کوئی کیسے کہہ سکتا ہے کہ یہ جو خواب ہمیں اس ریاست کا دکھایا گیا تھا وہ مدینے کی ریاست ہوسکتی ہے۔ یہ کیسے کہہ سکتے ہیں کہ یہ حکومت غریب کیلئے کام کررہی ہے؟ اس حکومت کو غریب کا احساس ہے؟ کیونکہ احساس صرف او رصرف ایک ناکارہ پالیسی کا نام دینے سے نہیں پیدا ہوجاتا۔ احساس ٹائیگر فورس بنانے سے نہیں آجاتا۔ احساس اس طرح کی تقریریں کر کرکے ہمارا ٹائم ضائع کرنے سے نہیں آسکتا۔ احساس کیلئے اقدامات کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے۔ احساس کیلئے سب سے زیادہ جس چیز کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے وہ ایکشن پلان کی ہوتی ہے اور جتنے ایکشن پلان آج تک ہمارے سامنے آئے ہیں وہ مزدور کے خلاف، وہ عورت کے خلاف، وہ قوموں کے خلاف جو ملک کے ہر طبقے کے خلاف ہی پالیسی پر مبنی ہیں۔ WDFکی طرف سے میں اپنے تمام وہ لوگ جو کہ مزدور عورت ہوں یا مرد ہوں، تمام قومیں جو کہ مظلوم ہیں اس کے بھی عورت ہوں کہ مرد ہوں ہم ہر اس طبقے کے ساتھ ہمیشہ کھڑے رہے ہیں ہم نے ہمیشہ ان کی آواز کو اپنی حقوق نسواں کی جدوجہد کی آواز مانا ہے۔ ہم نے عورت کی لڑائی اس وقت تک لڑنی ہے جب تک اس ملک کا ہر ہر مزدور طبقہ آزاد نہیں ہوجاتا۔ بیشک وہ طبقہ کوئی مظلوم مذہبی طبقہ کیوںنہ ہو۔ بیشک وہ طبقہ کسی particular religious سے جس کا تعلق ہو یا کسی کلاس سے تعلق ہو یا اس مظلوم طبقے کا تعلق ہماری مزدور برادری کے ساتھ ہو یا ان لوگوں کے ساتھ ہو جن کی بستیاں انہوں نے اجاڑ دیں جن کے روزگار انہوں نے برباد کردئیے۔ اور اس صورتحال میں وہ کیا کررہے ہیں کہ غریب جسکے پاس اس وقت اپنی روٹی کھانے کیلئے صرف جسم ہے اس جسم کو بھی بیماری کی وبا میں مبتلا کرکے اس وقت کا حکمران یہ چاہتا ہے کہ اب اس جسم کی جو وہ روٹی کھاتا ہے وہ بھی اسے نہ ملے۔ یہ کہتا ہے کہ لاک ڈاؤن میں نے اسی لئے کھولا ہے تاکہ مزدور کا پہیہ چلتا رہے لیکن جو پہیہ چل رہا ہے وہ سرمائے کا پہیہ چل رہا ہے مزدور کا پہیہ نہیں چل رہا۔ یہ صرف یہ چاہتا ہے کہ اس ملک کے انڈسٹریلسٹ ، ٹھیکیدار ، کنسٹرکشن بزنس کے اندر بیٹھنے والے اربن پلانرز بشمول CDA ان سب کے کاروبار چلتے رہیں۔ لیکن اگر کسی کی روزی روٹی بند ہو اگر کوئی بے گھر ہو تو وہ صرف اور صرف اس پورے معاشرے کا پسا ہوا طبقہ اور اس معاشرے کی عورت یا اس معاشرے کی مظلوم قومیں ہوں۔ میں WDFکی طرف سے اظہار یکجہتی کرتی ہوں اور اس چیز پرزور دیناچاہتی ہوں کہ اس پورے نظام کو بدلنے کیلئے اگر کسی ایک چیز کی ضرورت ہے تو وہ ایک منظم تحریک کی ضرورت ہے۔ اور یہ منظم تحریک میں آپ اپنے اپنے کارنرز میں جاکر نہیں لڑیں گے اس منظم تحریک کیلئے آپ سب کو ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ اور ایک دوسرے کے مسئلوں کو سمجھ کر جڑنا ہوگا۔ اور جب تک آپ جڑیں گے نہیں تب تک اس پورے طبقاتی نظام اس پورے استحصالی نظام سے ہماری آزادی ممکن نہیں ہوگی۔ بہت بہت شکریہ۔

 

PINCHING AND UNIQUE FATWAS, ISSUED IN EXCESS?

Allama Ashraf Jalali Barelvi v/s Pir Zulfiqar Deobandi: Syed Atiq-ur-Rehman Gilani

When Tablighee Jamaat faces hardships on account of Corona Virus, then Moulana Ashraf Jalali of Barelvi school of thought issued a video mentioned therein that Allama Ibne Sereen had refused to listen narrations and aayah quoted by evil creed persons. He said we Ahle Sunnah are correct on our footings and we need not to listen the preaching speeches on the subject "Quran and Sunnah” of Tablighi Jamaat and Devband personnel. Then Pir Zulfiqar of Deoband school of thought quoted in support a hadeeth that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) narrated that after my departure you would see that persons who would not claim to be prophet or Shaheed but Prophet and Shaheed would also be proud of them and those persons would create a love of Allah in the hearts of public and after making efforts, they would be succeeded to remove sins from them and in such a way become the source to be beloved of Allah and these persons are identified as Tablighi. All such Ulmas and Mashaekh who are working the same specific job are included therein. God has never educated Muslims to act/adopt the route of Stubborn through the Quran and Sunnah. When decided after collective discussion regarding slaves of Ghazwa-e-Badar then God warned in Quran and in Ghazwa-e-Uhad when companions of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) even ignored the orders and displayed/given priority to their emotions, God had given decision adverse to previous one and in Soorah Mujadilah, contrary to the general fatwa, the revelation was revealed. In Salah Hudebiya, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) had demonstrated great enthusiasm. If Shura of Tablighee Jamaat would have decided and conveyed public through their spokesman that” we have been mistaken as we knew nothing about social bindings and religion as well. Further, initially, we have to agree with what the government announced regarding not organizing such gatherings. The formation of groups was also a major mistake from our side and an act of dictating behavior as well and due to which we sustained loss”. On account of this conduct, everyone would go in favour/appreciate Tablighee Jamaat but despite that Moulana Naeem Butt representing Tablighee Jamaat standstill on his negative attitude and proved his origin. Barelvi, Deobandi, Shia, Ahl-e-hadees, and Jamaat Islami require to review/push back their traditional dictating nature and follow the Quran and Sunnah:*Syed Atiq-ur-Rehman Gilani.

The matter concerning orders of Quran and Sunnah

While interpreting the Quran, except copying, a lot of irregularities and an act of incompetency has been detected/traced-out.

During interpreting Quran, Ulmaa, Fuqaha, and interpreters have displayed a vital role in deshaping the sense of the Quran. Similarly, Moulana Syed Abul-Aala Modoodi had camouflaged the facts on account of his lesser religious knowledge…Now, it had become more essential that all top religious group leaders of the various school of thoughts may sit together and correct the mistakes made by them. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) would lodge complain before Allah( SWT) on the day of judgment that Oh God! "Of course my nation had forgotten the Quran”(al-Quran)

All representatives of the various school of thoughts including Moulana Fazal-ur-Rehman of JUI, Siraj-ul-Haq of Jamaat Islami, Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi of Tehreeq Labaik, Allama Abtasaam Ellahi Zaheer of Ahl-e-Hadees; Allama Shahenshah Hussain Naqvi of Ahl-e-Tashuo and remaining others are required to arrange a meeting and settle issues regarding translation and Tafseer of Quran. The purpose of forgiveness would only be accomplished when the matters which have been misinterpreted by religious class in the Quran are got corrected/reforms made therein.

Contradiction on sectarianism on Qurani Aayah…Amazing event and minimum religious knowledge of Syed Modoodi (R.A)

Hazrat Mugherah bin Sheba (R.A) was when the ruler of Basrah, four persons submitted a witness statement against him that he had committed a crime of rape(their names are shown in Sahih-Bukhari), etc. and amongst them was a companion of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) identified as Hazrat  Abubakar (R.A) and last witness Ziyad explained that "I have seen myself back portion of the nude body, They were wrapped each other and were breathing.

And the feet of that woman was touching the ears of Hazrat Mugherah (R.A) in such a direction that apparently it appears to be a donkey with two ears and I have not seen much more, he added. On completion of the statements, Hazrat Omer (R.A) announced that the witness process is not yet ended. The rest of the witnesses were awarded the punishment of 80, 80 whips and then they were also offered that if you all are agreed that all this was false/a lie then your statement would ve accepted. Hazrat Abubakar (R.A) had regretted/refused to accepted the offer and the rest of the witnesses accepted the same. According to the opinion of Hazrat Imam Malik (R.A), Hazrat Imam Shafaee (R.A), and Hazrat Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal (R.A), the offer presented by Hazrat Omer (R.A) was correct/appropriate in the light of Quran, as mentioned therein that after submitting statement based on the false and imposing limit of Qadaf, it has been identified that their witnesses would not be accepted for onwards period/forever, however, persons who pray for forgiveness/pardon are exempted accordingly. However, Imam Abu Hanifa (R.A)’s opinion is different as he defines that the offer given by Hazrat Omer (R.A) was incorrect as person/(s)  who has been proved to be lier in his witness, their witness would not be accepted forever and so for the question of pardon is concerned, the same is related to the doom of hereafter with forgiveness. The event on which religious sectarianism was formed/based upon on account of the occurrence of misinterpretation of Qurani Tafseer, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) would place before  Allah (SWT) a complaint on the day of judgment Towards the first step.

We have to get out of sectarianism tussles/conflicts and then on the basis of facts, efforts are to be made for implementation of the Islamic system and initially we have to correct intellectual system and towards next step, Islam is to be implemented in words and in spirit whereas, Syed Abulaala Modoodi (R.A) had written "that woman was actually the wife of Hazrat  Mugherah Ibn Sheba. The fact on record is that Hazrat  Mugherah was deposed on account of this event. Moulana Modoodi (R.A) in fact was an educated illiterate person.

Usmani Caliph has kept 4500 bondwomen (bandiyan) as compared to One Girlfriend of the existing British Prime Minister

British Prime Minister alongwith his pregnant girlfriend are attacked by Corona Virus. Our religious class might be thinking that both are effected are facing the punishment on account of God’s disobedience. If Islamic Shareea system/Khilafat would have been enforced, then both have to face the punishment i.e married Prime Minister would have been lapidated and the median girlfriend has to be awarded the punishment of 100 whips including One-year exile imprisonment. If we may ask the same religious class that Usmani Khalifa has kept 4500 londiyan, so can we say that he was permissible for this much ?, then expected fatwa from them would come-up that in Quran, there are certain limitations/bindings of wives whereas the number of Londis are not mentioned anywhere.

In nowadays; this religious concept of Islamic Khilafat is beyond the imagination of un-believers but at the same time it is also not acceptable for the Muslim majority. Now, as it has been mentioned that in implementation of Khilafat both creations of Earth and Sky (angles) would feel pleasure, so which type Prophetism for khilafat can be imagined? .In Bukhari Shareef, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) interpreted a Qurani aayah”La taharrimu amma ahlullah lakum minat-tayyibaat” and declared that "Mutta” is a valid process. The status of the British Prime Minister’s girlfriend needs to assessed in the light of the Quran and Sunnah whereas, God had considered the act of keeping Londi, as a practice/continuity of Ahl-e-Firoan which was a tough test for Bani Israel. Moulana Syed Modoodi had to quote hadees of Bukhari Shareef in Tafseer of above aayah but in Tafheem-ul-Quran, the concept of Christianity regarding religious isolation has been presented. In the Quran, Londi has been named "Umma” and slaves had been considered "Abdu” and therefore, the concept of marrying them and orders in this respect are highlighted. So for the question of this aayah that "ma malakat ayimanakum” is concerned, regarding what does it means? then it is disclosed that this is considered to be an agreement and this type of agreement can be related to free woman and with Londi and Slave as well. Muslims achieved/attained to a rising level in the world only on the basis of implementing human rights but the inherent kingdom had wasted/ruined all the theories. First of all, we have to highlight the facts of the Quran and Sunnah.

Quran and Sunnah protect a weaker person in the provision of his rights so that sooner he may get relief

In the light of the Quran and Sunnah, labour had essentially to pay wages exactly on discharging his assigned job, cultivators have to handover the entire harvest, and wife is bound to compromise within the period of "eddat”. In case of "Khulaa”, the eddat period according to Sahih hadees is only One menses, whereas, prior to intercourse, if she is being divorced, then whatsoever the Haq Mehr is fixed, the husband has to pay her half of the agreed amount and that particular woman is also exempted to go for eddat. God has imposed a ban to put obstruction on use of any type of junk words, Oath and mutual agreement in the name of Allah whether it would be between wife and husband or within any two classes of the nation but it is a misfortune that Muslim Umma is moving towards reverse and adverse to the orders of Quran only for the reason that very visible orders of Quran and related matters has extremely been de-shaped/ruined.

A problem was in existence during the dark era that "when the words of divorce were not being expressed before woman, then she would have to wait for an unlimited period”. In nowadays, in the judiciary system, a poor and weaker Victim has to sustain a lot but we do not feel a burden on our conscious that this type of behavior is in practice in the name of Islam. In case when the husband is unsatisfied with his wife, unless and until she is not being divorced, the wife has to wait for a long period until the decision is made in her favour.

Quran had settled/solved this issue of the dark era in chapter  "problems of divorce” on top priority basis. God describes that”persons who are not intending to continue with wife, then she would have to wait for  4 months and if both are agreed on a compromise, then God is merciful and forgiver and if he had intended to divorce his wife but did not disclosed it, then God is a good listener and possesses knowledge of everything”(al-baqar-226,227). Further, if his intention was to divorce wife but did not express then it would be considered as a sin of heart” because of the reason that when husband divorce wife, the time period to wait for eddat is 3 months instead of 4 months and this excess and extra One month is a matter of painful wait for wife regarding not disclosing timely for divorce so he should be asked for that or say gripped accordingly. Quran in this regard is quite clear.

In the name of Fiqah Sectarianism, defection/avoiding visible Qurani aayah had suffered with destruction

It had made very clear in aayah 225 to 228 of Surah Al-baqrah that if a person had not expressed about divorce before wife, then the period of eddat is 4 months and if he disclosed about divorce, then eddat period is in 3 stages or say 3 months and if he intended to divorce his wife but he had not expressed about his decision, then this is a sin of the heart and therefore he would be punished accordingly.

Islam is a religion of nature and this Qurani aayah is in accordance with nature, quite clear and are acceptable for everyone but unfortunately, in Tafseer, it is shown that this is not a matter of anger but comes within the jurisdiction of a type say Oath and this is a horrible abuse. Imam Malik (R.A) was the residence of Madina Shareef and he is also of opinion that Ailai is not related with Oath but without Oath, unhappiness is also to be called/considered as Ailai. Moulana Syed Modoodi (R.A) had also mentioned this much in Tafheemq-ul-Quran.In Quran the question does not arise about any type of confusion and contradiction but in the name of Jhamoor and Hanfi Maslak tasfeer had been interpreted in an unnatural way, which is a shocking one.

Therefore, according to Ahnaf, after the expiry of 4 months period, woman would automatically be divorced and the condition between them would not be permissible and as per jamhoor declaration if the matter regarding divorce is not expressed then divorce would not exist. Now on account of this act of opposing/difference of opinion, on one side woman would be no more his wife and to continue relations as usual would be considered as forbidden. On the other side, wife as previously would be considered to be his wife and if she would marry another one, it would be treated as an act of forbidden. Now in our prevailing social system, a woman after a prescribed time plays the role of a mother, wife, a sister and daughter of any person simultaneously, then she would feel inconvenient and would be in trouble as well so is it possible that this type of Islam would be acceptable for non-muslims? These Owl type Ulmaa and Muftiyaan who are playing the game of politics in the name religion shall be recommended for remand who had harmed Quran due to their unnatural education.They are still stubborn and are not ready to revert/learn from their mistakes.

What are the actual causes/reasons for interpreting false Tafseer of Qurani aayah? You would be surprised to learn

The Aims and Objects of any Law/rule are to protect a weaker person. In case of mutual unhappiness which results/conclude divorce, Almighty Allah had given orders for a woman to undergo the process of "eddat” and eddat merely relates to the woman and only to protect woman, God had ordered eddat for waiting for purpose but Jahil fuqaha who are waiting anxiously for the arrival of Hazrat Imam Mehdi (A.S) had excluded/neglected weaker woman straightaway from discussion/debate on this issue. According to the opinion of Hanfi fuqaha, the husband had already utilized his right so on expiry of 4 months she would be considered a divorced woman and as per the "Gamhoor” decision, the husband has not used his right so his wife as previous would remain in the same status. Now, is it so possible that God created a huge difference/contradiction in aayah? No! Never at all! but God had described all this much for eddat of a woman, whereas if a woman intends to marry with any other person after expiry of eddat then she had got the liberty to do it and even after passing eddat tenure if she is willing to compromise/patch-up at her own discretion, then there are no bindings on her from God.

These aayah and orders based on Law/Principles of the Quran can be implemented/enforced throughout the world. The religious class had not only played the vital/key role to deface the theories, ideas, and rules of Islam but they still stand on their negative attitude.

This is not a matter of a single issue but they have perished/ruined each and everything relates to social rights and its related matters. One one side God had provided relief to its last extend and at the extreme level to settle this issue and on the other hand, for more than once God had given opportunity to revert this matter during eddat by applying the method of mutual understanding after the expiry of eddat and even passing a long term of eddat. I have presented a lot of arguments on this topic to them, published so many books, and mentioned in the shape of articles but they still are not getting rid of the curse of halalah.

If our social system would have been based on the education of the Quran then it would be a matter of proud for the entire world but Fuqhaa had pushed back/ignored the Quran and due to which Muslim Ummah had to be proved and stand to be guilty in this world and hereafter.

SHOCKING ATTITUDE OF ULMAA DURING CORONA VIRUS

Though matter clearly defined in the Quran and Sunnah, even then Ulmaa and Mufteyan in this context are expressing the worst behavior.

While explaining the social problems, when God ordered clearly about”prayer of fear” that pay attention/protect praying especially mid-day prayer. If you are surrounded by fear then pray even if you are walking or riding. Now you feel that atmosphere around me had become peaceful then pray God(as you were usual in practice) as you have been taught whereas you were unknown about it earlier(Al Baqrah..238-239) Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) narrated that when you hear the voice /message for prayer, then offering prayer is not accepted and participation collectively for prayers becomes essential but in case of the fear condition, or in disease, offering individual prayer is valid/correct (Sunan Abu Dawood).

If this message of Quran and Sunnah would have been Public/widely circulated then apart from religious class, common educated persons in excess would be able to obtain guidance/benefitted from Quran and Sunnah. Ulama had inserted this thought in the brain of their followers(who possesses low I.Q) that”to avoid Regular and Jumma prayers are not correct.” We make efforts to find out the fatwa of old tenure Fuqhaa of Al-Azhar University but not a single evidence was traceable except about minimizing the prayers”.

They then changed their fatwa rapidly in such a way when someone changes his (tooth bridges of the mouth) before kids possessing low IQ and put them in surprise.

The donkey has nothing to do except dhenchoo dhenchoo? he has to content on this much.

When news listened regarding the existence of coronavirus in China, our Media started a debate that whether the government has to bring back the Pakistani students from China or otherwise? Than here Media persons quoted the hadith of the epidemic that arrival and depart from that particular area of China is also against Islamic Law. When it was aware that the virus has been spread in Pakistan, then the ban was imposed in Mecca and Madina with reference to offering 5 times prayer in mosque including Tawaaf and this news was public accordingly. Then after a Fatwa was issued/declared from Shaikh-ul-Islam Mufti Taqi Usmani and Mufti Azam, Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman regarding offering 5 times prayer in the masjid which includes Jumma prayer as well. Whereas, political leaders spread rumors that their exists conspiracy against Ulmaa and Stubborn Tablighi Jamaat.

Then, Mufti Taqi Usmani in his audio message conveyed (as in fact he was unable to appear before the public through a video recording)that "in existing circumstances/situation when the government had already banned public in respect of offering Jumma prayer in mosques so we have obtained evidence from books of Fuqhaa that in case a person misses offering Jumma prayer at mosque then he is not permitted to offer Jumma prayer at home for the purpose that parallel to Jumma prayer, the public would start offering prayer, collectively and also in separate shape/form and secondly, the prayers would be considered as repeated one، so persons shall offer prayers in a collective manner at homes with the plea/reason that in the present situation both the condition does not exist i.e. neither Comparision of Juma prayers nor dispute of collective prayer whereas prayer is not allowed to be offered at homes though few persons are in practice to offer Jumma prayer at homes, it is O.K.This problem is of unitary nature, so if there exists any mistake in explaining, it would be considered from my side and if the entire situation expressed is correct, then it would be kindness of God.

Now why Mufti Taqi Usmani and Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman hesitates to place here the reference of Quran and Hadith? why they flick their unit on this changed situation? As regards the missing of Jumma prayer is concerned, this does not relate at all, when here Jumma prayer has not been missed then to put here the reference is irrelevant/incorrect.
